Martina Dunne
Director of Upper Key Stage Two
With 18 years of experience in education and leadership, I have built a strong reputation for driving excellence in schools across both the UAE and England.
Throughout my career, I have led the monitoring and evaluation of teaching and learning through lesson observations, learning walks, curriculum reviews, and data analysis. This has helped ensure that high standards are consistently maintained across all areas of school life. I am committed to supporting and developing teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional development, helping colleagues refine their practice and deliver outstanding learning experiences. My collaborative approach to leadership has contributed to improved student outcomes, enhanced wellbeing, and stronger partnerships with parents and the wider school community.
As Director of Key Stage 2, I am dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. I believe that high standards are achieved through clear expectations, strong relationships, and a shared commitment to success. By working closely with learners, families, and staff, I ensure that teaching and learning remain at the heart of our school.
I am extremely passionate about ensuring that every student is supported and challenged to achieve their full academic and personal potential.
