Terms and Conditions
Waiting List Process
Where a year group is full, applicants who meet the school’s admissions requirements will be informed in writing that no places are currently available. Parents who wish to have their child considered for a future place may request that their child be added to the waiting list by completing the school’s Waiting List Request Form or by notifying the Admissions Team by telephone or in person.
Applicants will only be added to the waiting list at the parent's request. Parents may also indicate the term(s) for which they wish their child to remain on the waiting list. If a place becomes available, offers will be made in line with the school’s published waiting list criteria and prioritisation process.
When an offer of admission is made, parents will receive written confirmation setting out the steps required to complete enrolment, the deadline for completion, and the period for which the offer remains valid.
The school may withdraw an offer only where enrolment requirements are not completed by the stated deadline, or where admission has been obtained through fraudulent information or documentation.
All registrations remain subject to the completion of the School's admissions requirements and the final approval of ADEK.
Previous Schooling
All new students must provide official documentation of previous school experience and report cards. All documents must be provided in English. The school may request certification of translation from the Consulate of the country in which the student last studied to meet admission requirements.
Transfer Certificate and Attestations for Overseas Applicants
All students in Years 1 and above must submit a Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate at the point of enrollment or before the student's first day of school. Without it, the student's start date will be delayed as this is a mandatory requirement from ADEK.
The Transfer Certificate should clearly state to which grade or year the student was promoted to at the end of the previous year or the grade/year in which the student is currently enrolled (if enrolling mid-year). The Transfer Certificate should be in English or Arabic, and must be stamped by the School and signed by the School Principal or Vice Principal, and attested. Please click on the link below to view a sample.
Attestations and stamp requirements are dependent on the school location from which you are transferring. Please find your school's location in below table to determine the necessary stamping authority.
