Bronwyn Lee Tocknell

It is an honour to serve as Head of Primary at GEMS Cambridge International School, Abu Dhabi and to be part of a community driven by passion, diversity and a shared commitment to excellence. Since joining CIA in 2020, I have embraced the pace, growth and energy that define our school.

With a Bachelor of Education Degree, specialising in Mathematics and English, I have continued to broaden my expertise through further diplomas and certifications. My journey has included diverse experiences, including six fulfilling years as principal of a pre-primary school.

I am committed to creating an inspiring and inclusive Primary environment where every learner feels valued, challenged and supported to achieve their best. Together with our dedicated team, I aim to spark curiosity, foster a love of learning and equip learners with the confidence and resilience to thrive as capable and courageous individuals.
